Falmouth Memorial Library is located at 5 Lunt Road in Falmouth, Maine. The Library first consisted of the original part of the building – the Iverson home – which Falmouth Memorial Library Association purchased in 1951. The Library opened in 1952 to honor all Falmouth veterans.
The Falmouth Memorial Library is a 501 (c) (3) organization supported by the Town of Falmouth, an annual fund drive, gifts, Friends, and volunteers.
The Falmouth Memorial Library enhances the quality of life in our community by fostering a love of lifelong learning, connecting people of all ages in a safe and comfortable environment, and providing free and open access to information.
To be Falmouth’s center of intellectual inquiry and discovery by providing relevant services, meaningful programs, and cultural and social experiences that celebrate ideas, promote creativity, connect people, and enrich lives.
