Falmouth Memorial Library, along with other Maine libraries, offers downloadable books through the Maine InfoNet Download Library, a state-wide collection of thousands of ebooks and audiobooks to borrow and download to your computer, tablet, phone, or eReader device. A variety of best-selling fiction, nonfiction, young adult and children’s books are available.
Anyone with a valid library card from a participating library can download materials free of charge. You may borrow three items at a time, and set a lending period of either one or two weeks. (Full lending policies)
This collection is offered through Overdrive, a leading full-service digital distributor of eBooks and audiobooks.
