Cookbook Club
The Falmouth Memorial Library offers a free program for cooks and food lovers called Cookbook Club. Each month, usually on the third Wednesday of the month, using a specific cookbook, each member creates a recipe (at home) to share with others at our monthly gathering!
When we gather, we’ll enjoy the meal and ‘dish’ about our recipe, the cookbook, and any observations we have about the our cooking experience. It’s a fun, casual experience where you can meet others who like to cook and sample new recipes!
*CookBook Club Dates may be impacted by holidays. Please check our online calendar to confirm dates.
You may visit the library’s reference desk to browse the selected cookbook, request a copy using our Minerva library catalog, or call us at 207-781-2351 ext. 140 and we will request a copy for you if you have a valid library card.
When you know what dish you plan to make, please fill out the attached Google Doc with the recipe you plan to bring. This helps us avoid duplication and balance the meal with some dinner and dessert items. The library provides water, seltzer, cups and napkins. Please bring your own plate, bowl, and cutlery.
Registration is required and space is limited. You may register for Cookbook Club on our online event calendar.
